👔 What You’ll Do
- Greet and consult walk-in clients on styling, fit, and fabric preferences
- Handle and assist with Made-to-Measure (MTM) fittings, trials, and orders
- Deliver exceptional client service, including after-sales support
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store success
- Maintain detailed records and coordinate with tailoring/master teams
- Build long-term client relationships through trust, style advice, and consistency
🔎 What We’re Looking For
- 2–10 years of experience in luxury/premium fashion retail (store-facing)
- Excellent grooming and communication skills
- Passion for men’s fashion, styling, and tailored wardrobes
- Prior experience in MTM, bespoke clothing, or styling advisory is a big plus

This is a front-end retail sales role — not a design or studio-based role.
Candidates from fashion design backgrounds can apply if they have relevant in-store retail sales experience.
