- Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Workforce Software Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support Workforce Software (WFS) solutions for global clients. The consultant will gather requirements, configure solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful implementations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead WFS implementations.
• Gather customer requirements.
• Educate customers on best practices.
• Estimate project effort and communicate status.
• Configure WFS modules.
• Support testing, UAT, rollout, and go-live.
• Conduct customer training.
• Prepare functional documentation.
• Support post-go-live activities.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge.
Required Skills
WFS, Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Leave Management, Requirement Gathering, UAT, Functional Documentation, Client Training, Communication, Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving.
Qualifications bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Skills Knowledge of labor laws, HRIS/HCM platforms, integrations, enterprise implementations, and Workforce Software certifications
Mandatory Certification Required: -
WPS Certified-PT (101,102)
