Role Description
This is a full-time remote (WFH) for a National Franchisee Manager located in India. The National Franchisee Manager will be responsible for the overall management and growth of franchisee operations. Appointing New Franchisee across India will be the main task. Scouting to Finalizing and on boarding will be the main responsibility. The role requires strong understanding of educational online business model in B2B and B2C. The role also requires strong understanding of franchisee business operations models in India.
Qualifications
- Experience in franchise management, business development, and relationship management
- Knowledge in marketing strategies, sales techniques, and customer service
- Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills for performance metrics analysis and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in the education or technology sector is a plus
