Role Description The Production Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. This role involves supporting daily production activities, including operating machinery or equipment, following standard operating procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Responsibilities include assisting with production planning tasks, monitoring work progress, and coordinating with supervisors to meet production targets. The Production Staff member helps ensure quality control by checking products against specifications and reporting any defects or issues. The role may also involve learning new processes, participating in training sessions, and collaborating with team members to improve workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and basic Production Management to support scheduling, resource allocation, and meeting output targets.
- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control skills to inspect products, follow quality standards, and help maintain consistent production accuracy.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, team members, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn new processes quickly and assist in guiding peers on standard procedures.
- Basic technical or mechanical aptitude, with the ability to operate or learn to operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification at the secondary or vocational level; additional certifications in production or industrial operations are an advantage.
