🚨 WE’RE HIRING: 30 FOUNDING SALES PARTNERS ACROSS INDIA
Build a city. Build a network. Build your earnings.
Book My Cranes, a subsidiary of ARYA AI, is launching on 1 October 2026.
We’re looking for 30 ambitious, hungry, high-performing salespeople to help us build our equipment-owner network across India before launch.
This is not a typical sales job.
We want go-getters who know their city, know how to build relationships, and know how to close.
🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll build the supply network for Book My Cranes by identifying and onboarding owners of:
🏗️ Mobile Cranes
🏗️ Tower Cranes
🏗️ Forklifts
🏗️ Boom Lifts
🏗️ Excavators
🚛 Trailers
…and other construction & material-handling equipment.
Your job is simple:
Find the owner → Build the relationship → Onboard them → Convert them to a paid plan → Earn incentives.
💰 HOW YOU EARN
First 30 days: Performance-based incentive opportunity during our pre-launch phase.
After the first month:
Fixed monthly base + UNCAPPED performance incentives for selected/continuing performers.
The better you perform, the more you earn.

🏆 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You may be a perfect fit if you are:
• A crane rental salesperson
• A forklift/equipment rental salesperson
• A construction-equipment sales executive
• An equipment broker
• An equipment rental coordinator
• An equipment dealer representative
• A transport/logistics salesperson
• A construction-industry sales professional
• An independent sales agent
• Someone with strong contractor/operator networks
• Someone who already knows equipment owners in your city
Your network matters more than your designation.
Someone who can personally reach 100 equipment owners in a city may be more valuable to us than someone with years of generic sales experience.
🌎 LOCAL LANGUAGE = BIG ADVANTAGE
We want people who can speak naturally with business owners in their own language.
Local language + English preferred. Hindi is an advantage where relevant.

📍 Hyderabad — Telugu + English/Hindi
📍 Chennai — Tamil + English
📍 Mumbai — Marathi + Hindi + English
📍 Delhi NCR — Hindi + English
