Role/ Job Title: Current Account Executive-Wholesale Branch Operations
Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking Operations
Job Purpose: 'The role entails direct customer interaction and is responsible for seamless customer onboarding experience. The role holder will be responsible for visiting client’s premises and assisting them in filling out Account opening forms and related document requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- 'Ensure seamless customer onboarding experience, by ensuring best in-class customer service standards and processes.
- Responsible for visiting client’s premises and assisting them in filling out Account opening forms and related document requirements.
- To provide timely support to Business stake holders and manage client expectations.
- Ensure that TAT is always maintained.
- Timely response to the Client queries.
- Maintain constructive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to help achieve Business goals.
- Ensure high quality customer service and NIL customer complaints.
- Ensure NIL audit comments in audit review.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s in Any Stream
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in handling Account Opening & related operations from Banking industry.
