š Hiring: Social Media Strategist (Delhi)
If you understand why some content blows up and some flops, this role is for you.
Youāll own social media end-to-end strategy, content, growth, and client coordination across Instagram & Facebook.
What youāll do:
ā¢ā ā Manage & grow brand accounts
ā Talk to clients (yes, confidently)
ā¢ā ā Plan & execute content calendars
ā¢ā ā Work with designers/editors + AI tools
ā¢ā ā Spot trends & create viral-ready content & Fluent & comfortable in front of cameras
ā¢ā ā Write hooks, captions & scripts
ā¢ā ā Work on brand monthly strategies
ā¢ā ā Scout and coordinate influencers
ā¢ā ā Track performance + make cool decks that actually make sense
You should have:
ā¢ā ā Strong social media understanding
ā¢ā ā Good content + copywriting skills
ā¢ā ā Interest/experience in AI tools (big plus)
