- Work closely with ODMs, suppliers, manufacturing teams, and global cross-functional engineering teams throughout product development.
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in PTC Creo for part, assembly, sheet metal, and drawing creation.
- Extensive experience in electronic packaging, telecom racks, server chassis, and enclosure design.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing, machining, castings, and fabrication processes.
- Hands-on experience performing fit check, interference analysis, tolerance stack-up, and assembly validation.
- Experience with ECAD–MCAD collaboration and PCB-integrated mechanical design using EMN/EMP files.
- Understanding of server architecture, rack integration, cable management, airflow considerations, and thermal packaging.
- Experience supporting prototype builds, validation testing, and production release.
- Good understanding of ECO, BOM, PLM, and engineering documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
