Summary
The role of a UI/UX Design Engineer is essential for creating user-centric digital experiences by transforming complex business needs into intuitive user interfaces across various platforms. The objective is to enhance user satisfaction and drive product success through effective design solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business requirements and transform them into intuitive user journeys and workflows.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder workshops, and design discovery sessions.
- Create information architecture, user flows, personas, and journey maps.
- Design responsive experiences for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
- Apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles to solve business and usability challenges.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Design modern, accessible, and visually engaging interfaces aligned with current market standards.
- Develop scalable design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Architects throughout the product lifecycle.
- Facilitate design reviews and provide recommendations for improving user experience.
- Translate complex functional and technical requirements into actionable design solutions.
- Design native and responsive experiences for iOS, Android, and web applications (Salesforce and ANAPLAN knowledge is an advantage).
- Optimize experiences for various screen sizes and device capabilities.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 or higher).
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative UI/UX approaches.
- Drive adoption of design best practices across project teams.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of UI/UX design experience.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-grade mobile and web applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce, Service Cloud, Mobile Applications, or Enterprise Platforms.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
