Job details:
- To act as the single point of contact for marketing in the Rajasthan market, coordinating with all product business teams and support functions.
- To drive regional marketing activities, including ideation, execution, and evaluation of local consumer-connect initiatives in collaboration with business teams to improve productivity, brand awareness, and visibility.
- To provide local support to the corporate marketing team for the successful execution of national marketing campaigns, including brand launches, festive campaigns, and pan-India activations.
- To manage branch branding activities, including installation, maintenance, and updating of national and local offerings at branches, while working closely with related departments on rebranding projects.
- To ensure efficient lead management by handling leads generated through marketing activities and delivering against key metrics.
- To build regional associations and tie-ups with individuals and organizations to achieve branding and marketing objectives, including car dealer associations, RWAs, business unions, mandis, panchayats, and media channels.
- To identify and create branding opportunities for paid, permanent, co-branding, and visibility options across the region.
- To conduct regular surveys to assess brand health and create content and communication based on survey learnings.
