We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Operations to lead e-commerce operations and drive client success, operational excellence, and business performance.
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience: 12+ years in E-commerce Operations / BPO
🎓 Qualification: BE / Technology Graduate | MBA preferred
🏢 Function: E-commerce Operations
Key Focus Areas:
• End-to-end e-commerce operations & client management
• Customer support, seller support & order management
• Logistics coordination & process excellence
• SLA/KPI management and performance improvement
• Team leadership, mentoring & stakeholder management
• Process optimization, automation & Lean/Six Sigma initiatives
• Business reporting, analytics & forecasting
What we’re looking for:
Strong knowledge of e-commerce workflows, excellent leadership and communication skills, stakeholder management expertise, and proficiency with CRM/ticketing and BI tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, ServiceNow, Power BI or Tableau.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment.
