Requirements: We seek candidates with a B.E./Diploma (Civil,Mech,Elec) from a UGC-approved university and 15-20 years of experience in construction procurement. Candidates with completed commercial building project cycles (Finishing) are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Fit-out Execution & Quality, Lead on-site inspection of all interior works (partitions, finishes, ceilings, joinery).
· Conduct regular quality audits, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification. Approve all tenant samples, mock-ups, and material benchmarks. Progress & Scheduling
· Tenant Coordination & Compliance, Act as the primary interface between the client/base-build team and tenant fit-out teams.
· Ensure strict compliance with the Client Fit-out Manual (design, safety, technical rules) and guide tenants through all submission, approval, and site access protocols.
· Technical Validation & MEP Interface, Verify coordination between tenant layouts and the base building's MEP services.
· Prevent unauthorized modifications to structural, fire, or core MEP elements. Check clearances and service integration.
· Track tenant fit-outs against the approved master schedule. Proactively flag risks, delays, or deviations. Plan work-front allocation and conduct daily coordination briefings.
· Any other tasks instructed by manager.
