Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive / Telecaller role based in Borivali. The role involves making outbound and handling inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, presenting the company’s services, and explaining offerings clearly and confidently. The Sales Executive / Telecaller will follow up on leads, maintain call records, and update customer information in the company’s systems. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, coordinating with the production team to align expectations, and supporting the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. The role also involves meeting daily and weekly calling targets, preparing basic sales reports, and maintaining a professional, courteous approach in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, including lead follow-up, objection handling, and a focus on closing deals and meeting targets.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills, such as active listening, patience, and a solutions-oriented mindset when addressing client questions or concerns.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and documentation skills, including working with call logs, spreadsheets, and CRM or contact management tools.
- Relevant experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support is preferred; familiarity with media, advertising, or production services is an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Borivali, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
