Role Description We are seeking a strategic and creative social media professional to lead CaesarAi's Indian clients' presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of content creation and curation, working closely with design and videography teams to ensure compelling, platform-specific content that reflects the brand's voice and values.
Key Objectives:
- Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand heat and engagement across all major platforms. You will also develop the social calendar
- Scripting & Curation: Script a bank of short-form video content for multiple touchpoints - so the Marketing team always has fresh, tested content to work with. This includes coming up with ideas for reels and static posts, collaborating with design and videography teams to produce compelling visuals.
- Shoot Oversight: You will be accompanying the videography team and influencers on sites to oversee the shoots. This ensures that your vision is carried out well by the team.
- Operate FB Ads manager and Whatsapp automation software : You will need to run reach campaigns on Meta Platforms and communication campaigns on whatsapp using sofwares like Wati
- Influencer Coordination: You will be coordinating with influencers to ensure that they provide the given deliverables in due time
