We're a social media and brand marketing agency in Bangalore, and we're looking for someone who can own a client's visual world end to end — from the first Illustrator file to the final scheduled post, and everything in between.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing graphics across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook — static posts, carousels, Reels covers, story templates, thumbnails, campaign visuals.
- Owning end-to-end social media management for client accounts: content calendars, posting, basic community management, and reporting.
- Client servicing — you'll be a point of contact for certain accounts.
- Taking charge of branding projects when they come in — logo design, identity systems, packaging — from concept to final delivery.
- Supporting other account managers by keeping brand guidelines sharp and consistently applied across their accounts.
- Translating brand guidelines into consistent, on-point creative — and knowing when a brand needs a bolder swing.
What you need to bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on design experience (agency experience is a strong plus).
- Real proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Comfort with client-facing conversations, not just back-end design work.
- A working understanding of what performs on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- The ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines without things slipping through the cracks.
- A portfolio that shows range — different brand voices, and ideally some branding/identity work alongside social content.
- Based in Bangalore, or willing to relocate — this is a full-time, in-office role.
