Appiness Interactive is looking for a Social Media Executive to join our team!
Role Details
- Position: Social Media Executive
- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Location: Bangalore
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Contribute to the ideation and development of content IPs and recurring formats.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Monitor content performance and derive actionable insights.
- Optimise content based on data and platform trends.
- Support campaign launches and paid social initiatives.
- Participate in on-camera content when required.
Tools You Should Be Comfortable With
- Meta Business Suite
- Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, or Buffer
- Instagram Insights
- Meta Ads Manager
- Sprout Social or Hootsuite Analytics
- Google Analytics
- Notion or Google Sheets
- Slack or Teams
- Drive or Dropbox
- Canva or Figma
- Trend tracking and social listening tools
Skills and Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media.
- Experience managing multiple brands or social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video formats.
- Ability to interpret analytics and optimise content accordingly.
- Clear communication and coordination skills.
- Good copywriting sense and storytelling abilities.
- An organised and process-driven approach.
- Camera-friendly is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exposure to performance marketing is an added advantage.
