Menu Data & Content Specialist | Remote (WFH – India)
Are you fluent in ChatGPT, Canva, and AI image tools — and love turning messy data into something polished? We're hiring a Menu Data & Content Specialist to join our remote onboarding team, managing the full lifecycle of getting new store locations live: extracting and cleaning menu data, generating standardized content, creating visual assets, and launching accurate, high-converting digital storefronts.
What you'll do:
📊 Extract and de-duplicate item names & prices from UberEats, DoorDash, and Grubhub using tools like Instant Data Scraper, consolidating everything into a Master Google Sheet
✍️ Use ChatGPT to generate standardized item names, contents, and 3–4 line descriptions following strict formatting rules
🎨 Create and edit product images in Canva + Gemini AI — background removal, resizing, alignment, and regenerating low-quality images into hyper-realistic versions
🧩 Build and upload menus, pricing, and modifier groups (add-ons, balloon counts, vases) on the Orders.co platform
✅ Run rigorous multi-round QA to match every item count, price, and description against the master flyer
🚀 Support store launches — calculating promotional discounts and handling real-time menu edits via WhatsApp
What you'll need:
✔️ Strong Google Sheets skills (Ctrl+F, Ctrl+C/V level fluency — you live in spreadsheets)
✔️ Hands-on experience with ChatGPT for structured content generation
✔️ Comfort with Canva (background remover, custom sizing) and AI image tools like Gemini
✔️ Sharp attention to detail — you can follow strict naming conventions and spot inconsistencies others miss
✔️ Your own laptop + stable high-speed Wi-Fi (100% remote role)
