Job Description: Performance Marketing Executive

Role Overview
We are seeking a performance-focused and analytical Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with campaign data, identifying growth opportunities, and making data-backed decisions to improve lead generation and overall marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Track campaign performance on a daily basis and optimize budgets, bids, audiences, placements, and creatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop and iterate on ad creatives based on campaign insights.
- Plan and execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages.
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot marketing tracking through GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and other conversion-tracking solutions.
- Build regular performance reports and translate campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, lead quality, and acquisition performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–2.5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media.
- Practical experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, optimization, and lead-generation strategies.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting.
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative, content, and other marketing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in EdTech, high-ticket lead generation, or a fast-growing startup environment.
- Basic understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing-page performance.
- Ability to contribute to creative strategy through clear creative briefs, performance insights, and structured ad testing.
