Role Description The Oracle Fusion PPM Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management solutions for client engagements. This contract, remote role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into scalable solution architectures, and align PPM configurations with organizational processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting solution workshops, creating functional and technical designs, overseeing integrations with other enterprise systems, and guiding development teams during build and testing phases. The architect will provide consulting support on best practices, drive process optimization within the PPM domain, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards. The role also involves preparing documentation, mentoring project team members, and contributing to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Solution Architecture, with experience designing end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM solutions aligned to business and IT strategies.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and the ability to advise clients on PPM best practices and process improvements.
- Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills, including familiarity with Oracle Fusion tools, APIs, and integration frameworks with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Candidates should possess Business Process skills, with the ability to model, optimize, and document project management and financial processes within the Oracle Fusion PPM ecosystem.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion PPM modules (such as Project Financial Management and Project Management) and related cloud ERP components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in solution design, configuration, and testing.
- Proven experience leading implementation or upgrade projects as an architect or senior functional lead in a remote and distributed team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant Oracle certifications are highly beneficial.
