Role Description The Interior Architect role at Pan Intellecom Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The Interior Architect will design and develop interior concepts for command and control centres, museums, and other technology-driven spaces, ensuring functional layouts, aesthetic coherence, and alignment with project requirements. Daily responsibilities include space planning, preparing design proposals, creating detailed drawings, coordinating interior fit-out activities, and selecting materials and finishes suited to AV integration and security environments. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure timely execution, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. The Interior Architect will also participate in client meetings, refine designs based on feedback, and support site supervision during implementation.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interior Architecture and Architecture, with the ability to translate technical requirements into functional, visually cohesive spaces.
- Proficiency in Interior Design and Interior Fit-out, including material selection, detailing, and coordination with contractors and vendors.
- Demonstrated expertise in Space Planning for technology-intensive environments such as control rooms, museums, and AV-rich facilities.
- Ability to work with design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and produce accurate drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments within deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Knowledge of building codes, ergonomic principles, and best practices for integrating AV, security, and control systems within interior spaces is an advantage.
