Fractional Edge is empaneling senior CXOs with deep B2B SaaS experience for fractional and interim leadership mandates.
Fractional Edge is a premium platform connecting high-caliber fractional and interim leaders with growth-stage companies across India. We're building a dedicated bench of CXOs — CFO, CMO, CHRO, CTO, COO — who've operated inside B2B SaaS businesses and understand the metrics, motion, and pace that come with them.
If you've led finance, marketing, people, product, technology, or revenue functions inside a B2B SaaS company — as a full-time leader, an advisor, or in a fractional capacity — we'd like to have a conversation about adding you to our curated bench.
What this involves:
- Getting empaneled on the Fractional Edge bench as a vetted fractional/interim CXO for B2B SaaS mandates
- Being matched to engagements based on your specific functional expertise and stage experience (seed to growth to pre-IPO)
- Flexible, part-time or project-based engagements — typically 2 to 4 days a week — run alongside your existing portfolio
- Access to a curated pipeline of vetted opportunities, without the overhead of sourcing clients yourself
We're looking for leaders who bring:
- 15+ years of overall experience, with a meaningful chunk of it inside B2B SaaS organizations
- Functional depth in Finance, Marketing/Growth, HR/People, Technology/Product, Operations, or Revenue
- Prior experience operating at a CXO, VP, or senior leadership level, ideally with some exposure to fractional, interim, advisory, or board-level work
- Comfort working with founders and leadership teams in fast-moving, metrics-driven environments
- A track record you can point to — scaling ARR, building teams, shipping product, or running the numbers that mattered
