Job details:
Quality Council of India is looking for an Associate Manager to support the Knowledge Management Unit (KMU).
Key Responsibilities
- Support coordination and engagement with relevant Ministries/Departments and stakeholders.
- Support collection, validation, consolidation and analysis of data and information.
- Prepare analytical reports, briefing notes, presentations and other review materials.
- Support tracking and monitoring of initiatives, action points and defined indicators.
- Maintain relevant trackers and support timely follow-up on identified gaps and pending actions.
- Support preparation of inputs and materials for reviews and discussions with senior officials.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
Eligibility & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Relevant experience in areas such as consulting, policy, programme/project management, business transformation, data analysis or related fields.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Education
- Postgraduate qualification is mandatory. Tier 1 college preferred
- Candidates with relevant graduate-level qualifications from Tier 1 college and experience may also be considered.
