As part of our continued growth and commitment to delivering excellence, we are seeking an energetic, professional, and results-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Maintain employee records and assist HR with related documentation and employee onboarding.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation for employees and visitors.
- Liaise with embassies, government authorities, suppliers, and service providers as required.
- Coordinate office facilities, utilities, telephone, internet, and office maintenance.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, PPE, and other administrative inventories.
- Support the Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT departments with administrative tasks.
- Coordinate courier services and maintain proper filing of company documents.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining meeting minutes.
- Monitor office expenses and assist with petty cash administration when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management.
Key Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)
- Diploma or professional qualification in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Experience working in an engineering, construction, or multinational company will be an added advantage.
