Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Junior Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and assisting with design presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating design documentation, participating in site visits, and helping resolve design and technical issues during various project stages. The role also involves collaborating with consultants, tracking project progress, and ensuring that design work aligns with client requirements and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and preparation of design drawings and models.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools and workflows (e.g., BIM, CAD, and other design software).
- Candidates should possess Project Management-related skills, such as task coordination, documentation organization, and adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in common architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), along with strong visualization and drafting abilities.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and interact with clients and consultants.
- Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification and have knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Candidates should possess a growth mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced studio environment.
