Role Description The Business Analyst will work remotely to support data-driven decision-making and optimize business processes across AICines.ai’s AI content platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear functional specifications, and collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams to improve workflows and user experiences. The role involves mapping current and future business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities, and proposing solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and monetization outcomes. The Business Analyst will prepare reports and dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, and communicate insights and recommendations to leadership. This is a full-time remote role that requires proactive collaboration across time zones and a strong interest in AI, media, and the creator economy.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decisions.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and refine stakeholder needs into actionable specifications.
- Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, optimize, and standardize workflows across product and operational teams.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to present insights clearly, facilitate discussions, and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and basic SQL or analytics tools is beneficial.
- Background in technology, SaaS, AI, or media/entertainment industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced startup setting.
