Job Title: Corporate Actions Analyst
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor voluntary and mandatory corporate action events
- Review and validate corporate action announcements received from custodians and market sources
- Ensure timely dissemination of event information to internal and external stakeholders
- Reconcile corporate action entitlements and payments
- Investigate and resolve breaks, discrepancies, and client queries
- Coordinate with custodians, counter parties, and internal teams for event processing
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to operational controls and risk management procedures
- Support process improvement initiatives and participate in project-related activities
Required Skill
- 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Actions Operation
- Good understanding of equity, fixed income, and other financial products
- Knowledge of mandatory and voluntary corporate action events
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other operational tools
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in Investment Banking, Custody Operations, or Capital Markets Operations will be an advantage.
