โข Support and progressively take ownership of work in M&A and PE/VC transactions and Retainership assignments
โข Draft, review, and assist in negotiating key transaction documents (SHA, SSA, SPA, etc.)
โข Handle general corporate and advisory work
โข Conduct legal research and due diligence, with a focus on accuracy and commercial relevance
โข Work closely with senior team members to deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice
โข Coordinate with founders, investors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
โข Manage timelines, documentation, and deliverables with a strong eye for detail and quality

โข Experience: 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, M&A, or VC/PE transactions
โข Strong Fundamentals: Solid grounding in corporate and transaction law with the ability to apply concepts practically
โข Ownership Mindset: Willingness to take responsibility for tasks, follow through diligently, and build reliability
โข Problem-Solving Approach: Ability to think through issues and contribute to practical, solution-oriented outcomes
โข Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, structure, and quality in drafting and review
โข Execution Ability: Comfortable working across multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment with guidance
โข Team Orientation: Open to collaboration, feedback, and learning from peers and seniors
