Performance Marketing Executive – Meta & Google Ads
Company: SnapNFit
Location: Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-Time
About SnapNFit
SnapNFit is a growing fitness and wellness platform providing personalized at-home services including personal training, fat-loss programs, yoga, physiotherapy, nutrition, and other wellness services.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can independently manage and grow our customer acquisition through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
This role is not just about generating a high number of leads. We are looking for someone who understands the complete performance funnel — from ad spend to qualified leads, consultations, customers, CAC, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram
- Google Search Ads
- Google Display/Remarketing
- Performance Max, where relevant
- Develop and continuously test new campaign strategies, audiences, keywords, offers, creatives, and landing pages.
- Conduct Google keyword research and identify high-intent search opportunities.
- Regularly analyze search terms and maintain negative keyword lists to reduce irrelevant traffic.
- Build and optimize Meta prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign metrics including:
- Cost per Lead
- Qualified Lead Rate
- Cost per Qualified Lead
- Consultation/Appointment Rate
- Customer Acquisition Cost
- Conversion Rate
- ROAS/Revenue
- Work closely with the sales/calling team to understand the quality of leads generated by each campaign.
- Identify which campaigns, creatives, audiences, keywords, and offers generate actual paying customers rather than simply generating cheap leads.
- Create clear briefs for designers/content creators for new ad creatives, videos, testimonials, hooks, and offers.
- Continuously perform A/B testing across creatives, ad copy, audiences, keywords, landing pages, and lead forms.
- Manage campaign budgets and shift spending toward the highest-performing channels and campaigns.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Pixel
- Google Ads Conversion Tracking
- Track website forms, calls, WhatsApp clicks, bookings, and other important conversion actions.
- Analyze landing-page performance and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, customer behavior, and new advertising opportunities.
- Maintain a structured record of experiments, results, learnings, and next steps.
What We Expect
We are looking for someone who thinks beyond Ads Manager dashboards.
You should be able to answer:
Where did we spend money?
Which leads were actually qualified?
Which campaigns generated customers?
What was our customer acquisition cost?
What should we test next?
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads
- Strong understanding of Google Search campaigns
- Keyword and search-intent research
- Meta audience and campaign strategy
- Retargeting and remarketing
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
- Campaign analytics and reporting
- A/B testing and experimentation
- Understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS and conversion rates
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make decisions independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Experience managing lead-generation campaigns
- Experience with fitness, wellness, healthcare, D2C, local services, or similar businesses is an advantage
- Experience optimizing campaigns based on sales/customer data rather than only platform-reported leads
Key Performance Indicators
Performance will primarily be evaluated based on:
- Qualified lead generation

What Success Looks Like

Meta / Google Spend → Lead → Qualified Lead → Consultation → Customer → Revenue
You will have ownership of paid customer acquisition and will be expected to proactively identify opportunities for improving performance rather than simply maintaining existing campaigns.
