We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Responsibilities
* Set up, manage and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns
* Develop campaign strategies based on client goals and budgets
* Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max and Meta campaigns
* Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research
* Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversions
* Set up and troubleshoot GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
* Manage retargeting, A/B testing and budget optimization
* Provide performance reports with actionable recommendations
Requirments
* 3+ years of hands-on Meta & Google Ads experience
* Experience managing multiple client accounts
* Strong understanding of campaign optimization and conversion tracking
* Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
* Agency experience is preferred
