We’re Hiring: AGM/DGM – CSR
Location: Mumbai
We’re hiring on behalf of one of India’s leading corporate foundations — a name synonymous with large-scale, high-impact CSR execution in the education and community development space.
About the Foundation
This organization runs a flagship School Excellence Program, transforming municipal schools through better infrastructure, qualified teachers, computer labs, libraries, and skill-based curriculum. The impact so far: over a lakh children reached across multiple cities in Maharashtra, with active expansion underway into newer geographies. Beyond education, the foundation is committed to creating meaningful impact through its focus on environment, healthcare, and community development initiatives, in partnership with leading NGOs.
About the Role
This is a critical leadership mandate — working closely with the Foundation Head to drive strategy, stakeholder engagement, governance, and execution across multiple projects and locations. You’ll collaborate with NGO partners, government authorities, educational institutions, and internal stakeholders to ensure impactful program execution and sustainable outcomes.
What You’ll Own:
✅ Support the Foundation Head in driving CSR strategy, annual planning, expansion, and impact assessment across projects and geographies
✅ Lead end-to-end execution of CSR programmes across multiple locations — timely delivery, quality outcomes
✅ Build and strengthen relationships with government authorities, NGO partners, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to strengthen programme effectiveness and collaboration
✅ Lead and mentor teams to drive execution excellence, capability building, and accountability
✅ Identify operational gaps and drive process improvement through robust systems, SOPs, and monitoring frameworks
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Management, Sociology, Development Studies, HR, or related field
📈 15+ years of total experience, with minimum 4 years in the Social Development/CSR sector. Profiles with 8–10 years in functions like Operations, Sales, Marketing, or HR followed by 5–7 years in CSR — or 15+ years entirely within CSR — are especially preferred.
🤝 Strong track record in stakeholder engagement, government liaisoning, and team management
🗣️ Comfortable working across English, Hindi, and Marath
