About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Assistant Manager – Integrated Marketing to lead multi-channel marketing initiatives and execute 360-degree campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role involves strategic brand positioning, performance marketing collaboration, and end-to-end campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
📣 Campaign Planning & Execution – Own end-to-end execution of brand campaigns across social, performance marketing, CRM, and onsite placements. Drive integrated planning for tentpole brand and sale campaigns.
📈 Performance Marketing Collaboration – Define creative and content requirements for performance campaigns across funnel stages. Oversee static and video content creation for paid marketing, including Play Store and App Store assets.
🤝 Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with internal teams (Category, Brand, Creative, CRM, Performance) and external partners/agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
📊 Brand Strategy & Positioning – Develop and execute omni-channel marketing strategies for brand portfolios. Conceptualize IP campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
📋 Vendor & Agency Management – Manage external creative and media agencies. Drive timelines, reviews, and alignment to campaign KPIs.
💡 Content & Innovation – Deliver unique content partnerships and marketing innovations to differentiate brand storytelling. Stay ahead of digital-first marketing trends.
Requirements:
✅ 4–6 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or digital marketing (fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce preferred)
✅ Strong expertise in brand strategy, campaign execution, and digital marketing channels (social, email, influencers, PR, paid media)
✅ Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across digital and offline touchpoints
✅ Strong analytical mindset to track performance and optimize based on insights
✅ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agency relationships
✅ Excellent communication and project management skills
