About the Role
:We are seeking a DGM – Integrated Marketing to own end-to-end planning and delivery of flagship marketing campaigns and IPs for India's leading beauty and lifestyle destination. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires a strategic marketer with deep expertise in cross-channel campaign management, performance marketing, stakeholder alignment, and team leadership. You will drive brand storytelling, revenue growth, and market differentiation through innovative, data-backed campaigns

Key Responsibilitie
s:
📣 Cross-Channel Campaign Leadership – Own end-to-end planning and execution of flagship marketing campaigns and IPs aligned with the AOP. Create opportunities for brand partners including model investment, pricing, ROI, and value-add. Manage full-stack execution from brief to content planning, media mix, performance, and post-campaign analys
is.
📈 Channel Growth & Performance Marketing – Drive performance of upper funnel and conversion metrics across web and app. Set targets and strategies to scale organic and paid growth. Align with digital performance teams for seamless integrated execut
ion.
🤝 Stakeholder Management & Strategic Alignment – Build structured processes to gain inputs from internal teams (Category, Brand, Owned Brands, CRM, CLM, Onsite, Performance) and external partners (brand partners, agencies). Proactively share campaign performance reports and build a team prioritisation matrix based on business impact and resource plan
ning.
🏢 Vendor & Partner Management – Manage external creative and media agencies (e.g., Young Gun, WLD, RepIndia). Drive timelines, reviews, and alignment to campaign KPIs. Build a review rhythm for timely delivery and fee
dback.
👥 Team Leadership & Development – Lead and mentor a high-performing integrated marketing team. Set clear targets and outcomes with regular check-ins and feedback. Build a culture of accountability, creativity, and transparency. Hire, nurture, and develop talent with career growth
plans.
📊 Campaign Performance & Management – Drive measurable outcomes on campaign volume, reach, revenue, and engagement. Lead campaign asset development, media planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and post-campaign analysis. Maintain centralized campaign trackers for real-time vis
ibility.
💡 Innovation & Content Partnerships – Deliver unique content partnerships and marketing innovations to differentiate brand storytelling. Establish the brand as a thought leader in digital-first beauty c

✅ 12–15 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand campaigns, or marketing leade
