Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Research and Telecalling Executive. The role involves conducting structured online and offline research to gather and verify information about potential clients, markets, and competitors. The executive will make outbound calls to prospects and existing contacts to introduce services, collect relevant data, schedule meetings, and follow up on leads. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of calls and research findings, updating spreadsheets or CRM tools, and preparing brief reports or summaries for decision-making. The role also requires coordinating with stakeholders, adhering to calling targets and timelines, and representing the business professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong research aptitude, including the ability to gather, analyze, and verify information from multiple sources.
- Clear, confident telecalling and communication skills, with a professional phone manner and active listening abilities.
- Basic data entry and record-keeping skills, with familiarity using spreadsheets or simple CRM tools.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle call volumes, follow-ups, and research tasks efficiently.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai, with the ability to collaborate directly and respond quickly to operational needs.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional local languages are an advantage).
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales support, or market research is beneficial.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage but not mandatory.
