We operate a full spectrum of formats — from Express and QSR outlets to our flagship 1,000–3,000 sq. ft. dine-in restaurants — backed by end-to-end infrastructure: a proprietary supply chain and cold-chain logistics, chef-curated pre-mixes and recipes, advanced POS and inventory systems, aggregator integrations, and centralised marketing. We're now scaling fast — opening new outlets across the country and expanding the group's allied ventures. This role puts you right at the centre of that growth.
The Role
This is not a narrow, sit-in-one-lane job. It's a rare front-row seat into how a national brand is built and run.
We're looking for a sharp, energetic, early-career professional who wants to learn the entire business from the inside — someone who will work directly alongside our CEO and Area General Managers and become the connective tissue that keeps the brand moving. One day you're coordinating a marketing launch, the next you're managing a menu rollout, prepping a franchisee meeting, or building a resource pack for the operations team.
If you're the kind of person who says "I'll figure it out" and then does, this role will stretch you, teach you, and reward you faster than almost anywhere else.
What You'll Do
You'll wear many hats. On any given week, that could mean:
- Marketing coordination — help plan, coordinate and execute campaigns, launches, and promotions; liaise with internal teams, agencies, and outlet partners to keep everything on track.
- Menu management — support menu rollouts, pricing updates, and product refreshes across the network; keep documentation accurate and outlets aligned.
- Franchisee relations — act as a reliable point of contact for franchise partners, help resolve queries, and keep communication smooth and professional.
- Meeting coordination (internal & external) — set up, prepare for, and follow through on meetings with partners, vendors, and internal leadership; own agendas, notes, and action items.
- Resource-building for AGMs & CEO — become the go-to support for our Area General Managers and CEO, building decks, trackers, reports, and process resources that make the whole team more effective.
- Whatever it takes — this brand moves fast. You'll jump into new problems, own tasks end-to-end, and do what's needed to get the win — without waiting to be asked twice.
