Majestic Maritime is expanding its global footprint — and we're looking for a leader to take the helm in India.
This is a rare opportunity for an entrepreneurial shipping professional to own a country operation end to end: the P&L, the customers, the trade lanes and the team. If you've built businesses in NVOCC and freight forwarding and want the mandate to build the next one, we should talk.

THE ROLE
Country Head – India
Reporting to: Group CEO / Managing Director
Location: India

Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the overall country operations and commercial activities
· Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
· Drive growth across NVOCC, freight forwarding, shipping and logistics
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, agents and overseas partners
· Develop new trade lanes, customers and strategic business opportunities
· Lead, motivate and develop the country team
· Monitor P&L, budgets, KPIs and overall operational performance
· Ensure high standards of customer service, compliance and operational excellence
· Represent Majestic Maritime with customers, industry partners and key stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
· Proven senior-level experience in NVOCC / Freight Forwarding / Shipping & Logistics
· Strong commercial and business-development track record
· Excellent knowledge of international trade lanes and freight markets
· Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship-management skills
· P&L and team-management experience
· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business
