Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Crewing Officer role based in Mumbai. The Crewing Officer will coordinate and manage crew deployment, ensuring vessels are staffed with qualified seafarers in line with company and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating crew databases, scheduling crew changes, preparing and checking documentation, and liaising with seafarers, vessel owners, and internal departments. The role involves monitoring contract terms, certifications, and compliance with international maritime standards, as well as assisting in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. The Crewing Officer will also handle day-to-day communications with crews, address queries, and support efficient operational planning for assigned vessels.
