About the Role
We're building PitchBrands from the ground up and looking for a Performance Marketer who wants more than just another job.
This role is for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems independently, and contributing to the growth of a company from its early stages. You'll work directly with the founders, help build performance marketing processes, and play a key role in scaling client campaigns.

What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, and overall performance.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels for lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Work closely with designers and content teams to develop high-performing creatives.
- Set up and monitor tracking through GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, and conversion tracking tools.
- Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities.
- Create performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Take ownership of campaign outcomes rather than simply executing tasks.
What We're Looking ForMust-Have
- 1+ year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.
- Experience with GA4 and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
