GANVIN Insta Laundry — CEO Cum Co-founder Opportunity
I’m looking for a passionate, execution-focused CEO Cum Co-founder to join me in building GANVIN Insta Laundry — a technology-enabled D2C marketplace transforming India’s ₹35,000 Cr laundry market, where 92% remains unorganized.
GANVIN is building a 360° instant laundry ecosystem powered by hyperlocal AI-enabled dark stores and smart logistics, delivering on-demand services in 60 minutes ironing, 90 minutes wash & fold, and 180 minutes wash–dry–steam ironing. Our model combines PIN-code-level Micro Fulfilment Centres with a GANVIN Café Laundry for premium walk-in experiences. From steam ironing, wash & fold and wash + ironing to dry cleaning, shoe & bag cleaning, alteration & stitching, saree polishing, and garment dyeing, GANVIN is building the one-stop technology platform for garment care in India.

Whom We Are Looking For — CEO Cum Co-founder
We are looking for a passionate, hands-on and execution-driven CEO Cum Co-founder who can take complete ownership of growth, marketplace development, operations and geographic expansion at GANVIN Insta Laundry.
You should be a builder who is comfortable moving from strategy to ground-level execution and has experience in one or more of the following:
- Large-scale blue-collar workforce management and team building
- Building and operating complex, high-volume ground operations
- Last-mile logistics and delivery operations at scale
- Managing multi-city, multi-service businesses
- National FMCG distribution, GT/RTM and channel operations
- Retail operations, revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Startup GTM, RTM, growth and market expansion
- Demand generation, capacity planning and supply-chain alignment
- Strategic partnerships, alliances and business development
- Proven ability to build a business from 1 to 100
More Than a Strategist — A True Ground-Level Builder
At GANVIN, we are looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and build the business from the ground up.
You should be comfortable with:
- Creating demand through field activations, kiosks, society campaigns and local marketing
- Personally participating in customer acquisition and market activation
- Understanding customer needs by meeting customers at their homes and communities
- Supporting pick-up and delivery operations when required
- Training customers and teams on how to use the GANVIN technology platform
- Building and managing the initial field and operations teams
- Hiring, onboarding and managing blue-collar talent such as pressmen, laundry operators and delivery executives
- Working with contract staffing partners to rapidly build operational manpower
- Spending the initial months on the ground, sweating the details and solving problems personally
