About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Founder in managing day-to-day operations, communications, scheduling, and special projects. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and travel itineraries efficiently.
- Handle all correspondence, calls, and follow-ups with professionalism and accuracy.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs.
- Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal matters.
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and brand-related activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Track and remind deadlines, commitments, and key deliverables.
- Provide support in documentation, expense management, and task prioritization.
- Occasionally accompany the Founder to meetings or events when required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and modern communication tools.
- Presentable, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
