Must-Have
- Provide advanced first-line support for devices, applications, and access issues
- Troubleshoot Windows 11 issues
- Manage accounts in AD, Entra ID
- O365 concepts
- Support Intune devices and resolve policy/app issues
- Perform SCCM troubleshooting
- Intune MDM
- Log and resolve incidents within SLAs
- Conduct initial problem analysis and document findings
- Assist users with OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft 365
- Monitor systems and infrastructure alerts
- Perform triage, correlate incidents, and assess impact
- Coordinate with resolver teams during outages
- SolarWinds knowledge
- Track service health and recurring alerts
- Support maintenance tasks and ensure uptime
