We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join a fast-growing product team. You will work on building and maintaining scalable backend services, designing APIs, and contributing to core system components that power our platform.

- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs
- Work on building scalable and reliable microservices
- Collaborate with frontend and product teams to ship features end-to-end
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code
- Participate in system design discussions (at an appropriate level)
- Debug production issues and improve system stability
- Work with databases and optimize queries for performance
- Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices

- Strong programming skills in at least one backend language (Java, Python, Node.js, Go, etc.)
- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture basics
- Experience working with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Understanding of basic data structures and algorithms
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, production-ready code
