Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Python Backend Developer at Office Solution AI Labs. The Python Backend Developer will design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that power data-driven applications, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools. Responsibilities include implementing scalable server-side logic, integrating with databases and external services, optimizing performance, ensuring security best practices, and writing clean, well-documented code. The role involves collaborating with front-end engineers, data engineers, and data scientists to deliver robust solutions, participating in code reviews, and contributing to architecture and design discussions. The developer will also help debug production issues, improve existing systems, and support continuous integration and deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Back-End Web Development skills, including building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Solid Software Development experience with Python, including frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming concepts, with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
- Hands-on experience with Databases (SQL and NoSQL), query optimization, and data modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and automated testing practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently in a remote setup, and effective written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in data/analytics or AI-driven products is an advantage.
