Key Responsibilities
Designing, developing, testing and deploying solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Omnistudio, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and the declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, process automation)Ability to debug production issues quickly , provide work around to Business users if available and prioritize permanent fix Translating user stories and technical designs into working, maintainable features aligned to the solution roadmapBuilding and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events and middlewareWriting high-quality, well-documented code with strong unit-test coverage and adherence to Salesforce best practices and governor limitsParticipating in code reviews and enforcing coding standards under the guidance of the Solution ArchitectConfiguring Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities to meet business requirementsSupporting the full software development lifecycle — estimation, build, testing, deployment and defect resolutionHands-on on change set, data mappers and Omni studio deployments. Collaborating closely with Product, QA and Architecture within an Agile delivery teamContributing to the growth of the Salesforce Practice by producing reusable components and assets
Must Have Skills
Solid hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform, ideally on large enterprise implementationsStrong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL and asynchronous ApexOmnistudio experience is must (Omniscript, Integration Procedure and Data Mappers)Experience with declarative automation — Flows, validation rules and process automation — and knowing when to configure vs. codeExperience building and consuming REST/SOAP integrations, platform events and API-based data exchangeUnderstanding of the Salesforce data model, security and sharing model, and governor limitsGood grasp of E&U Cloud/Sales Cloud configurations Solid debugging, testing and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and performanceGood interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working in an Agile, distributed teamWillingness to take ownership of problems and see features through to productionSalesforce certified — Platform Developer I; Administrator and/or Platform App Builder
