Job Description:- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, enhancement, and production support.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions using Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security concepts, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency in data migration, data loading, and data quality management using Salesforce tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, production incidents, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Experience with source control and deployment tools such as Git, Copado, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices.
- Must hold valid Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and consistently meet project timelines.
- Exposure to Salesforce AI, Agentforce, or Generative AI capabilities will be an added advantage.
