Prepfully is looking for an ambitious Growth Person to work directly with in the Founders Office.
You’ll be working deeply with the founder to scale up products which already have proven product market fit, build and deploy AI agents that can automate parts of the business that should be automated, and discover new opportunities that the company should expand into.
You should consider this role ONLY if
1. You like the idea of building AI agents that automate different components of the business. Research agents, reporting agents, operational automation, support automation, marketing automation. You must be familiar with building an agent, deploying it, measuring its performance/impact and iterating on it to make it better.
As part of the interview process: we will co-build an AI agent for some specific test usecases. If you feel this isn’t up your alley, or you haven’t used tools like n8n, Make, OpenAI APIs etc - you will struggle and you should avoid wasting your time on this role.
2. You like the idea of working across a range of different ecosystems. You might be automating responses to a specific repetitive customer issue one day; you might be working on a mechanism to de-duplicate new inputs to our question bank on the next.
3. Your eventual ambition is to eventually start your own company or venture. This role will basically teach you all the basics of building out a successful, profitable startup. It is, however, going to be hectic, chaotic and difficult. This will be a needlessly unpleasant experience for you, if you do not eventually want to start your own company (which is ALWAYS hectic, chaotic and difficult, and therefore should be the only scenario in which you should consider this role)

Experience
- 3–7 years of experience. Direct experience working with founders or CXOs is a plus.
- Ability to build with AI tools beyond prompting. Agent frameworks, automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, etc), API integrations, or applied technical projects
- MBA, CA, CFA, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent analytical backgrounds are all welcome. Your ability to use AI well, matters a lot more than your credentials.

- Application: Submit a brief video walkthrough or prototype of an AI agent/automation flow you have built.
- Intro Call: 30-minute culture and background fit with the founder
- Live Build Session: A 60-minute session where you and the founder co-build an AI agent for a real Prepfully use case.
