Looking for a Technical Co-founder (Defence / UAVs)
I've been building North Systems as a solo founder for the past year, designing and prototyping rapidly manufacturable UAV platforms for ISR and aerial interception.
As the company grows, I'm looking for someone who wants to build this with me from the ground up.
Ideally, you have experience in one or more of the following:
- Defence UAVs or autonomous systems
- Flight controls, avionics or embedded systems
- Aircraft design and testing
- Startup experience, especially early-stage hardware companies
I'm less interested in resumes and more interested in people who enjoy solving difficult engineering problems and aren't afraid of getting their hands dirty.
If you've worked in the defence drone industry and have thought about building something of your own, I'd love to talk.
Based in India is preferred, but not a strict requirement.
