About Healix Scrubs
Healix Scrubs (healixscrubs.com) is a premium medical apparel brand built for nurses, doctors, and healthcare professionals. We design performance scrubs on our proprietary Aeroluxe™ fabric and sell them direct-to-consumer in the US, UK, Canada, and the GCC through Shopify Plus and TikTok Shop, fulfilled from our California warehouse.
The brand is operated by AA Brands Inc. (US) with our team based in South Delhi. One year in and scaling fast, we're now hiring our first full team. Everyone who joins owns their function end to end.
What You'll Do
- Own Meta Ads end to end: structure, budgets, bidding, scaling — a substantial, fast-growing monthly budget
- Build and run a creative testing framework with our in-house editor: weekly test cadence, clear kill/scale rules
- Expand TikTok Ads and evaluate Google/YouTube as second channels
- Own the numbers: MER, blended ROAS, CAC, and reconciling pixel-reported vs actual performance — we care about real contribution, not platform-flattering dashboards
- Plan spend against inventory and cash cycles with the founder
- Collaborate on landing pages and offers to convert the traffic you buy
- Report weekly: spend, revenue, MER, and what you're testing next
What We Need
- 3–6 years running paid social for D2C brands, including hands-on scaling of a US-market brand at $50K+/month spend
- Deep, current Meta Ads Manager expertise — you run accounts yourself, not through juniors
- Strong analytics: attribution windows, incrementality thinking, spreadsheet fluency
- Creative judgment — you can brief a winning ad, not just buy media
- Comfortable owning a revenue target in a fast-moving founder-led environment
Bonus Points
- TikTok Shop / TikTok Ads experience
- Apparel or healthcare audience experience; Triple Whale/Northbeam or similar
- Super bonus: daily hands-on use of Claude or similar AI tools — we work AI-first, and every role here builds with AI, not around it
