About Roligt Foods
Roligt Foods is building a next-gen, clean-label beverage brand in Hyderabad. We make drinks with short, honest ingredient lists and nothing we cannot defend. We are pre-launch. We are expanding through smart, automated beverage kiosks across corporate campuses and other high-footfall locations. As we scale, we are building a small team that owns outcomes, not tasks.
Role Description
The Business Lead owns our smart vending kiosk channel end to end. Based in Hyderabad, you decide where machines go, how much each one sells, and whether the network makes money. You work with the founder, the machine vendor, maintenance, and the brand team. This role suits someone who likes building a channel from zero and being judged on its numbers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, negotiate, and secure kiosk locations across tech parks, gyms, hospitals, colleges, and residential societies.
2. Own the P&L of each machine, including daily sales, uptime, wastage, rent, revenue sharing, and profitability.
3. Coordinate with the machine vendor for timely deployment, preventive maintenance, servicing, and spare parts availability.
4. Plan and optimise restocking routes, inventory levels, and replenishment schedules with the maintenance team.
5. Review sales and CRM data weekly, identify underperforming machines, and take corrective action, including relocation or withdrawal where necessary.
6. Develop and execute a scalable rollout plan, growing the network from the first 10 machines to 100.
7. Prepare and present monthly network performance reports to leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
1. 2–5 years of experience in vending, quick commerce, FMCG distribution, or B2B location sales.
2. A proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing location agreements with facility managers, property owners, or landlords.
3. A strong understanding of unit economics, P&L management, and proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis.
4. Good knowledge of Hyderabad's commercial areas and business hubs. Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi is preferred.
5. High ownership and a bias for action
What We Offer
1. Fair, competitive compensation: Pay is in line with industry standards and based on your experience, capability, and track record. Strong performers grow faster than a standard annual cycle.
2. Fast-track growth: You work directly with the leadership team and see how a consumer brand is built from zero. Good people grow into bigger roles as the business scales.
3. Broad exposure: You see product, brand, events, retail, and operations, not one narrow slice.
4. Real ownership: Small team, fast decisions. Your work shows up in the numbers.
Please Do Not Apply If
1. You are not based in, or willing to relocate to, Hyderabad.
2. You want a role with a fixed playbook already written.
3. You are not comfortable owning a P&L number.
We are selective about who we hire. If you do not hear back within three weeks of applying, please assume your application has not been taken forward this time.
