Job Summary
Rock N Roll Riders Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of the branch. The candidate will assist in managing tour bookings, customer experience, operations, team coordination, and ensure smooth execution of motorcycle expeditions while maintaining the company's high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day branch operations.
Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
Handle customer enquiries, bookings, payments, and tour documentation.
Support the planning and execution of motorcycle expeditions and travel itineraries.
Coordinate with Road Captains, Tour Leaders, Mechanics, Hotels, and Vendors for smooth tour execution.
Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after every tour.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
Monitor branch performance and help achieve business and booking targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
Leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for travel, adventure tourism, or motorcycles will be an added advantage.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Operations, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Customer Service, or Branch Administration.
Experience in the travel or adventure tourism industry will be preferred.
