Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation projects.
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct client workshops, solution demonstrations, and design discussions.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet business needs.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Lead project teams and ensure timely, high-quality client deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and independently manage client communications.
